Nick ensures everything is done perfectly even the small details. I would highly recommend one off and we will definitely use them again for all our future projects.
Nick is done work for me numerous times. I have always been more than satisfied with the work that he has done. He will give me a date as to when the work will be done and he's always here on that date and arrives at the time that he says he will arrive. He is a true Craftsman and aside from that a very honest wonderful person. I would certainly recommend him to anyone thinking about using him.

I would highly recommend One Off Contractors for any renovation project or new build. Nick and his team are very professional, and they take pride in their work. They recently remodeled my bathroom and did a great job. They turned an old 1987 bathroom into a modern-day spa. His prices are very reasonable, and you won't get that surprise and the end of the project where the contractors try to up the price on you. I am using One Off Contractors gain next month to remodel my kitchen as well as 2 other major projects after that.

I had a leak in my bathroom wall which entailed basically gutting the bathroom and having to replace everything to include floors and wall tile. These guys are amazing and worked with me personally every step of the way. Just love them !!!!

Fantastic Job purchasing and installing New Windows and Doors for a Manufactured home. Another Company wanted more money for Windows so thick (deep) that they were clearly made for a stick built home, and they ran when they saw one Window needed some wood replacement.
Nick, Dan and company came in lower priced and with the correct materials; nothing phases these guys, their just good.
They wouldn't leave until they were positive we were satisfied. They are experienced in all phases of home remodeling. I highly recommend this company and even if you have a bid from another company you like, I would advise you check out this company before proceeding with your next project.

Our retractable screen door needed a new screen installed- not an easy job! In fact 2 companies turned us down. These guys were not afraid and did a super job! On time and did not leave a mess for us to clean up. Really appreciate them and will most definitely not hesitate to call again
Painting & Stucco
Nick and his crew did a great job updating our buildings and bringing them back to life! They all were very professional and finished sooner than expected! We have a total of 3 buildings with over 22,000 sq ft! We have received so many compliments on the buildings since being painted and we will be recommending and using them again for future projects!

Got a 15ft section of exterior wall stucco cut and the guys were quick, courteous, and professional the whole job. The wall looks great and textured. Payment was accepted multiple different ways. I chose venmo as the easiest. Post care instructions were clear and easy
